Before I started down this path of health & nutrition I used to sleep A LOT.
And I used to eat chocolate A LOT. I just needed more energy!
Then I met a group of people who spoke about how if you fed your body with good nutrition then your body would start healing itself.
I had to find out more and as I put balanced nutrition into my body I found that I woke earlier, did more during the day and my need for chocolate decreased.
I think that what's important is to find a way of eating that supports your health & energy levels so that you can you lose your belly fat and feel good about how you look in and out of your clothes.
