When I am not advising you on best nutrition options, I am a mom to two boys and a wife.
When I became a mom I seemed to forget about ME.
(has that happened to you?)
I was so busy making sure that everyone else's needs were met - happy, fed, loved and cuddled, that I didn't make time for me to be Happy.
I'm taking back my time so that I can be a better wife and mom and Me.
I love reading - (I read in bed so usually I fall asleep after 3 pages!!), crocheting, learning more about nutrition and walking (but not for hours - for the purpose of reaching my step goal each day).
And a new thing - waking up early and listening to the day beginning.

It is my goal to help you solve the spare tyre and tight clothes problem and help you find more energy, so that your clothes fit you no matter what time of the day or month it is and for you to have energy all day.
Before I started down this path of health & nutrition I used to sleep A LOT.
And I used to eat chocolate A LOT. I just needed more energy!
Then I met a group of people who spoke about how if you fed your body with good nutrition then your body would start healing itself.
I had to find out more and as I put good nutrition into my body I found that I woke earlier, did more during the day and my need for chocolate decreased.
I think that what's important is to find a way of eating that supports your health & energy levels.
More and more studies are showing that the digestive system has an impact on the rest of our body .
Symptoms and diseases that we would never think are related to our digestive system are in fact now showing up as related.
So while I'm a big fan of...

making time for yourself and
getting enough sleep,
when it comes to coaching my approach is all about YOU!
