Now let's talk about goals...
Do you set goals or are you more inclined to go with the flow?
I believe that goals don't have to be huge and defining.
They can be fun. They can be small, little incremental steps that'll get us to a new place in our life and our health journey and our spiritual journey.
One of my goals is to journal daily before I go to sleep.

And part of reaching our goals is that we need to remember and be encouraged to do and that is to take regular, consistent action that helps us to reach our goals.
